The LP2980AIM5-2.5/NOPB is a Micropower 50mA ultra Low-dropout Regulator designed specifically to meet the requirements of battery-powered applications. Using an optimized VIP (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2980-N delivers unequalled performance in all specifications critical to battery-powered designs. This regulator requires only a 1µF capacitor on the regulator output.
