The LP2983AIM5-1.2/NOPB is a fixed-output Voltage Regulator designed to provide tight voltage regulation in applications with output voltages <=1.2V. Using an optimized vertically integrated PNP (VIP) process, the device delivers unequalled performance in all critical specifications ground pin current - typically 825µA at a 150mA load and 75µA at a 1mA load, Enhanced stability of the device is stable with output capacitor ESR down to 0, which allows the use of ceramic capacitors on the output and precision output of 1% tolerance output voltages available.
