The LM26480SQ-AA/NOPB is a multi-functional Power Management Unit, optimized for low-power digital applications. This device integrates two highly efficient 1.5A step-down DC-DC converters and two 300mA linear regulators.
- Compatible with advanced applications processors and FPGAs
- Two LDOs for powering internal processor functions and I/Os
- Precision internal reference
- Thermal overload protection
- Current overload protection
- Undervoltage lockout detector to monitor input supply voltage
- Step-down DC-DC converter - Up to 96% efficiency and 1.5A output current
- Step-down DC-DC converter - Automatic soft start
- Step-down DC-DC converter - 2MHz PWM switching frequency
- Linear regulators (LDO) - VOUT of 1 to 3.5V and ±3% FB voltage accuracy
- Linear regulators (LDO) - 300mA output current and 25mV (typical) dropout
