SFH 4172B-BB2CA2 is an OSLON® P1616 lens. This high power infrared emitter is suitable for access control & security, authentication, eye, face and hand tracking, factory automation, home & building automation, medical lighting applications.
- ESD: 2KV acc. to ANSI/ESDA/JEDEC JS-001 (HBM)
- IR light source with high efficiency and clear silicone package
- 1000mA forward current at TA = 25°C
- 5V max reverse voltage
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 105°C
- 860nm typ peak wavelength at IF = 1000mA; tp = 10ms; TA = 25°C
- 850nm typ centroid wavelength at IF = 1000mA; tp = 10ms; TA = 25°C
- 33nm typ spectral bandwidth at 50% Irel,max (FWHM)
