Product Overview
AD5676R is a low power, octal, 16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC). The devices operate from a single 2.7V to 5.5V supply and are guaranteed monotonic by design. This device contain a power-down mode, reducing the current consumption to 1µA typical while in power-down mode. It is widely used in application such as optical transceivers, base station power amplifiers, process control (PLC input/output cards), industrial automation, data acquisition systems etc.
- High relative accuracy (INL) is ±1.8LSB typ
- Total unadjusted error (TUE) is ±0.03% of FSR typ
- Offset error is −0.75mV typ
- Gain error is +0.04% of FSR typ
- Low drift 2.5V reference is 2ppm/°C typ
- Thermal hysteresis 125ppm typ
- User selectable gain of 1 or 2 (GAIN pin/gain bit)
- 1.8V logic compatibility, 50MHz SPI with readback or daisy chain
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C
- Packaging style is 20-lead TSSOP
