Product Overview
AD7606 is a 16bit, simultaneous sampling, analogue-to-digital data acquisition systems (DAS) with eight channels. Each part contains analogue input clamp protection, a second-order antialiasing filter, a track-and-hold amplifier, a 16bit charge redistribution successive approximation analogue-to-digital converter (ADC), a flexible digital filter, a 2.5V reference and reference buffer and high speed serial and parallel interfaces. Typical application includes power-line monitoring and protection systems, multiphase motor control, instrumentation and control systems, Multi-axis positioning systems and data acquisition systems (DAS).
- True bipolar analogue input ranges: ±10V, ±5V and single 5V analogue supply and 2.3V to 5V VDRIVE
- Pin to pin compatible with the state-of-the-art AD7606B
- Fully integrated data acquisition solution: analogue input clamp protection
- Input buffer with 1Mohm analogue input impedance and second-order antialiasing analogue filter
- On-chip accurate reference and reference buffer, 16bit ADC with 200KSPS on all channels
- Oversampling capability with digital filter
- Flexible parallel/serial interface: SPI/QSPI™/MICROWIRE™/DSP compatible
- 7KV ESD rating on analogue input channels, 95.5dB SNR, -107dB THD, ±0.5LSB INL, ±0.5LSB DNL
- Low power: 100mW and standby mode: 25mW
- 64 lead LQFP package, operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
