Product Overview
AD8548ARZ is a quad micropower, high input impedance amplifier optimized for low power and wide operating supply voltage range applications. It has rail-to-rail input/output (RRIO) feature that provides increased dynamic range to drive low frequency data converters, making this amplifier ideal for DC gain and buffering of sensor front ends or high impedance input sources used in wireless or remote sensors or transmitters. It also has high immunity to electromagnetic. The low supply current specification (22μA) of the device over a wide operating voltage range of 2.7V to 18V or dual supplies (±1.35V to ±9V) makes this amplifier useful for a variety of battery-powered, portable applications, such as ECGs, pulse monitors, glucose meters, smoke and fire detectors, vibration monitors, and backup battery sensors. It is used in application such as portable medical equipment, remote sensors, transimpedance amplifiers, current monitors, 4mA to 20mA loop drivers, buffer/level shifting.

- Slew rate is 80V/ms typical at (RL = 1Mohm; CL = 10pF; AV = +1)
- Gain bandwidth product is 240KHz typ at (VIN = 10mV p-p; RL = 1Mohm; CL = 10pF; AV = +100)
- 310KHz typical -3dB closed loop bandwidth at (VIN = 10mV p-p; RL = 1Mohm; CL = 10pF; AV = +1)
- Large signal voltage gain is 125dB typical at (RL = 100Kohm; VO = 0.5V to 17.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 14-lead SOIC-N package
