Product Overview
AD8604ARQZ is a quad channel, rail-to-rail, input and output, single-supply amplifier featuring very low offset voltage and wide signal bandwidth. This amplifier uses a new, patented trimming technique that achieves superior performance without laser trimming. All are fully specified to operate on a 3V to 5V single supply. The combination of low offsets, very low input bias currents, and high speed make this amplifier useful in a wide variety of applications. Filters, integrators, diode amplifiers, shunt current sensors, and high-impedance sensors all benefit from the combination of performance features. Audio and other AC applications benefit from the wide bandwidth and low distortion. It is used in applications such as current sensing, barcode scanners, PA controls, battery-powered instrumentation, multipole filters, sensors, ASIC input or output amplifiers, and audio.

- Unity-gain stable, single-supply operation from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Offset voltage is 80µV typical at (VCM = 0V to 1.3V, VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Input bias current is 0.2pA typical at (VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 83dB typical at (VCM = 0V to 3V, VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Supply current/amplifier is 680µA typical at (VO = 0V, VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Slew rate is 5.2V/µs typical at (RL = 2Kohm, VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Gain bandwidth product is 8.2MHz typical at (VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Voltage noise density is 33nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1KHz, VS = 3V, VCM = VS/2, TA = 25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 16-lead QSOP package
