AD8682ARZ

AD8682 is a dual, low power, precision (1mV) JFET amplifier featuring excellent speed at low supply currents. The JFET input stage ensures bias current is typically a few picoamps and below 125pA maximum over the full temperature operating range. The devices are ideal for portable, low power applications, especially with high source impedance. The devices are unity-gain stable and can drive higher capacity loads (G = 1, noninverting), as an example of their excellent dynamic response over a wide range of conditions, delivering dc precision performance at low quiescent currents. Application includes portable telecommunications low power industrial and instrumentation, loop filters, active and precision filters, integrators, strain gauge amplifiers, portable medical instrumentation, supply current monitoring.

• Fast settling time, unity-gain stable
• Offset voltage is 0.35mV (typ, VS = ±15.0V, TA = 25°C)
• Input voltage range from -11 to +15V (VS = ±15.0V, TA = 25°C)
• Power supply rejection ratio is 114dB (typ, VS = ±4.5V to ±18V, -40°C ≤ TA ≤ +85°C)
• Slew rate is 9V/μs (typ, RL = 10kohm, TA = 25°C)
• Settling time is 1.6μs (typ, to 0.01%, TA = 25°C)
• 8 lead SOIC-N package, operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C
