Product Overview
ADA4870ACPZ is a unity gain stable, high speed current feedback amplifier capable of delivering 1A of output current and 2500V/μs slew rate from a 40V supply. Manufactured using the Analog Devices, Inc., proprietary high voltage extra fast complementary bipolar (XFCB) process, the innovative architecture of the device enables high output power, and high-speed signal processing solutions in applications that require driving a low impedance load. It is ideal for driving high-voltage power FETs, piezo transducers, PIN diodes, CCD panels, and a variety of other demanding applications that require high speed from high supply voltage at high output current. It is used in applications such as envelope tracking, power FET drivers, ultrasound, piezo drivers, PIN diode drivers, waveform generation, automated test equipment (ATE), CCD panel drivers, and composite amplifiers.

- Input voltage noise density is 2.1nV/√Hz typical at (f = 100KHz, TCASE = 25°C, AV = -5)
- Input offset voltage is -1mV typical at (TCASE = 25°C, AV = -5)
- Quiescent current is 32.5mA typical at (SD = VEE + 5V, ON = VEE, TCASE = 25°C, AV = -5)
- Common-mode rejection ratio is 60dB typical at (VICM = ±2V, ±18V, TCASE = 25°C, AV = -5)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, 48-lead LFCSP package
