ADA4891-3ARUZ-R7

ADA4891-3ARUZ-R7 is a triple channel, low-cost CMOS, high-speed, rail-to-rail amplifier. It offers high performance at a low cost. This amplifier features true single-supply capability, with an input voltage range that extends 300mV below the negative rail. In spite of their low cost, the ADA4891-3 provides high performance and versatility. The rail-to-rail output stage enables the output to swing to within 50mV of each rail, enabling maximum dynamic range. It is used in applications such as automotive infotainment systems, automotive driver assistance systems, imaging, consumer video, active filters, coaxial cable drivers, clock buffers, photodiode preamps, contact image sensors, and buffers.

• Slew rate is 170V/µs typical at (G = +2, VO = 2V step, 10% to 90%)

• Input voltage noise is 9nV/√Hz typical at (f = 1MHz, TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm to 2.5V)
• Differential gain error is 0.05% typical at (G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Differential phase error is 0.25° typical at (G = +2, RL = 150 ohm to 2.5V, TA = 25°C)
• Bandwidth for 0.1dB gain flatness is 25MHz typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm to 2.5V)
• Wide supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V, input offset voltage is ±2.5mV typical
• Quiescent current per amplifier is 4.4mA typical at (TA = 25°C, VS = 5V, RL = 1Kohm to 2.5V)
• Operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C, 14-lead TSSOP package
