Product Overview
ADCMP371 is a general-purpose comparator with input offset voltage of 9mV (maximum) and low power consumption, which make them ideal for battery-powered, portable equipment. This device has a push-pull output stage. It is widely used in application voltage detectors, battery management systems, analogue-to-digital converters, low voltage applications, battery-powered electronics, portable equipment etc.
- Operating voltage range is 2.25V to 5.5V
- Input bias current is 50nA maximum at (VIN = VCC /2)
- Input offset current is 150nA maximum at (VIN = VCC /2)
- Propagation delay is 5µs typical at (input overdrive = 10mV)
- Rail-to-rail, common-mode input range
- Supply current is 4µA typical
- Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 5-lead SC70
