ADG1408LYCPZ-REEL7

ADG1408LYCPZ-REEL7 is a 8-channel iCMOS multiplexer with 1.2V and 1.8V JEDEC logic compliance. The ADG1408L switches one of eight inputs to a common output, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines, A0, A1, and A2. An EN input is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched off. When on, each channel conducts equally well in both directions and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. An external low voltage VL supply provides flexibility for lower logic control. The ADG1408L is both 1.2V and 1.8V JEDEC standard compliant. Typical applications are FPGA and microcontroller systems, relay replacement, audio and video routing, automatic test equipment, data acquisition systems, communication systems.

• Total harmonic distortion plus noise is 0.0013% typ (RL=10Kohm, 15Vp-p, f=20KHz, 25°C, ±15V supply)
• Bandwidth (-3dB) is 60MHz typ (at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, 25°C, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY)
• Channel to channel crosstalk is -70dB typ at RL=50 ohm, CL=5pF, f=1MHz, 25°C, ±15V DUAL SUPPLY)
• 24-lead LFSCP with EPAD package
• Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
