ADG432 is a monolithic CMOS device comprising four independently selectable switches. It is designed on an enhanced LC²MOS process which provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed and low on resistance. The on-resistance profile is very flat over the full analogue input range ensuring excellent linearity and low distortion when switching audio signals. Fast switching speed coupled with high signal bandwidth also make the parts suitable for video signal switching. CMOS construction ensures ultralow power dissipation making the parts ideally suited for portable and battery powered instruments. The device differ only in that the digital control logic is inverted. The device switches are turned on with a logic high on the appropriate control input. It is used in applications such as Audio and video switching, automatic test equipment, precision data acquisition, battery powered systems, sample hold systems, communication systems.

• On resistance is 17 ohm typical at (VD = ±8.5V, IS = -10mA)
• Low Leakage current is 0.25nA typical at (VDD = +15V ±10%)
• Break-before-make switching action
• TTL/CMOS compatible, off isolation is 68dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• Charge injection is 5pC typical at (VS = 0V, RS = 0 ohm, CL = 10nF)
• Channel-to-channel crosstalk is 85dB typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
• tON is 90ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• tOFF is 60ns typical at (RL = 300 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• Power dissipation is 7.7µW maximum at (VDD = +15V ±10%)
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +85°C, package style is 16-lead SOIC
