Product Overview
ADG787 is a low voltage, CMOS device that contains two independently selectable single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) switches. It is designed as a general analogue-to-digital switch and can also be used for routing USB 1.1 signals. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The device exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is widely used in application such as USB 1.1 signal switching circuits, cellular phones, PDAs, MP3 players, battery-powered systems, headphone switching, audio and video signal routing, communications systems etc.
- On resistance match between channels (ΔRON) is 0.02 ohm typ at (VDD = 4.2V, VS = 3.5V, IS = 10mA)
- Single-supply operation is 1.8V to 5.5V
- Low on resistance is 2.5 ohm typ
- Typical power consumption is <lt/>0.1μW
- On resistance flatness is 0.65 ohm typ at (VDD = 4.2V, VS = 0V to V)
- Channel-to-channel crosstalk is −110dB at typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 1MHz)
- Total harmonic distortion (THD + N) is 0.03% typ at (RL = 32 ohm, f = 20Hz to 20kHz, VS = 2V p-p)
- −3dB bandwidth is 145MHz typ at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
- Operating temperature range is –40°C to +85°C
- Package style is 10-lead lead frame chip scale package (LFCSP-WD)
