ADG841 is a low voltage CMOS device containing a single-pole, single-throw (SPST) switch. The ADG841 is closed for a Logic 1 input. This device offers ultralow on resistance of less than 0.48 ohm over the full temperature range. Each switch conducts equally well in both directions when on, has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. It exhibits break-before-make switching action. It is used in applications such as handsets, PDAs, MP3 players, power routing, battery-powered systems, communication systems, modems, PCMCIA cards.

• On resistance is 0.28 ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IDS = -100mA)
• On resistance flatness is 0.025 ohm typ at (VDD = 2.7V, VS = 0V to VDD, IDS = -100mA)
• tON is 10.5ns typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• tOFF is 6.5ns typical at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 35pF)
• Total harmonic distortion is 0.012% typical at (RL = 32ohm, f = 20Hz to 20KHz, VS = 3V p-p)
• 21MHz typical -3dB bandwidth at (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Insertion loss is -0.02dB typ (RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF)
• Rail-to-rail operation, 300mA continuous current, 500mA peak current
• Operating temperature is -40°C to +125°C, package style is 6-lead SC70
