Product Overview
ADM6711TAKSZ-REEL7 is a microprocessor supervisory circuit. It is a reset generator circuit suitable for use in microprocessor-based systems. It provides a reset signal on power-up, power-down, and whenever the supply voltage falls below a preset threshold. In addition, it has a debounced manual reset input so that a reset signal can also be initiated with an external switch or logic signal. It has a push-pull output, so no additional external components are needed. It is highly reliable with accurate voltage references and immunity to fast, negative-going transients on VCC. Typical applications are microprocessor systems, computers, controllers, intelligent instruments, automotive systems.
- Specified over temperature, reset timeout period of 140ms (minimum)
- Manual reset input, push-pull active-low RESET output
- Reset assertion down to 1V VCC, power supply glitch immunity
- VCC operating voltage range from 1 to 5.5V at TA=0°C to 70°C
- Supply current is 16μA typ at VCC <lt/> 5.5V, TA=-40°C to +85°C
- Reset threshold temperature coefficient is 30ppm/°C
- Glitch immunity is 100ns typical
- 3.08V active-low RESET threshold
- 4-lead SC70 package
- Temperature range from -40°C to +125°C
