ADP171 is a low voltage input, low quiescent current, low-dropout (LDO) linear regulator that operate from 1.6V to 3.6V and provide upto 300mA of output current. The low 23µA of quiescent current at a 0mA load makes the device ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. It is widely used in application such as mobile phones, digital camera and audio devices, portable and battery-powered equipment, DSP/FPGA/microprocessor supplies, post dc-dc regulation etc.

• Input voltage range is 1.6V to 3.6V
• Low shutdown current is <lt/>1µA, current limit and thermal overload protection
• Low dropout voltage is 66mV at 300mA load
• Output voltage accuracy is ±1%, logic-controlled enable
• Accuracy over line, load, and temperature is ±3%
• Stable with small 1µF ceramic output capacitor
• PSRR performance of 70dB at 10kHz and 73dB at 1kHz
• Low noise is 30µV rms at VOUT = 0.8V
• Output voltage is 0.8V to 3V (Adjustable), operating temperature is –40°C to +125°C
• Packaging style is 5-lead TSOT
