DG403CJ+

DG403CJ+ is an improved, dual, high-speed analogue switch. The dual, single-pole/double-throw DG403 has two normally open and two normally closed switches. Applications include sample-and-hold circuits, test equipment, guidance and control systems, heads-up displays, communications systems, PBX, PABX, battery-operated systems, audio signal routing, military radios.

• On-resistance flatness is 3ohm maximum at TA=+25°C, V+=15V, V-=-15V, IS=-10mA, VD=±5V, 0V
• Charge Injection is 15pC max at TA=+25°C, CL=1.0nF, VGEN=0V, RGEN=0 ohm
• Source-off leakage current is 5nA max at TA=TMIN to TMAX, V+=16.5V, V-=-16.5V, VD=15.5V,VS=±15.5V
• Power-supply range from ±4.5 to ±20V
• Low power consumption (35µW max)
