Product Overview
DS1631S+T&R is a high-precision digital thermometer and thermostat. It provides custom hysteresis with user-defined trip points (TH and TL). The TH and TL registers and thermometer configuration settings are stored in NV EEPROM so they can be programmed before installation. It is used in applications such as network routers and switches, cellular base stations, portable products, any space-constrained thermally sensitive product.

- Flexible and non-volatile user-defined thermostatic modes with custom hysteresis
- Supply voltage range from 2.7V to 5.5V
- Thermometer error is ±0.5°C maximum at (0°C to +70°C, 3.0V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
- Active supply current is 1mA maximum at (temperature conversion -55°C to +85°C)
- Standby supply current is 800nA maximum at (0°C to +70°C)
- SCL frequency is 400KHz maximum at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; TA = -55°C to +125°C)
- I/O capacitance is 10pF typical at (VDD = 2.7V to 5.5V; TA = -55°C to +125°C)
- Operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, 8-pin SO package
