Product Information
Product Overview
HMC504LC4B is a GaAs MMIC low noise wideband amplifier. This amplifier operates between 14GHz and 27GHz, providing upto 19dB of small signal gain, 2.2dB noise figure, and output IP3 of +26dBm, while requiring only 90mA from a +4V supply. The P1dB output power of upto +17dBm enables the LNA to function as a LO driver for balanced, I/Q or image reject mixers. It also features I/Os that are DC blocked and internally matched to 50 ohms, making it ideal for high capacity microwave radios or VSAT applications. This versatile LNA is also available in die form as the HMC-ALH476. It is widely used in applications such as point-to-point radios, point-to-multi-point radios, military & space, test instrumentation etc.
- Gain variation over temperature is 0.015dB/°C typical at (14GHz to 20GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Input return loss is 15dB typical at (14GHz to 20GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Output return loss is 15dB typical at (14GHz to 20GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Saturated output power (Psat) is 19.5dBm typical at (14GHz to 20GHz, TA = +25°C)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Package style is 24-pin LCC
