Product Overview
HMC544A is a low-cost GaAs MMIC T/R, SPDT switch for use in transmit-receive applications which require very low insertion loss at medium power levels. This device can control signals from DC to 4.0GHz and is especially suited for 450, 900, 1900, 2300, and 2700MHz applications with <lt/>0.5dB insertion loss. This GaAs PHEMT design provides exceptional linearity performance of +36dBm 1dB compression point and +60dBm third-order intercept at +3volt bias. RF1 and RF2 are reflective open when “Off”. On-chip circuitry allows positive control operation at a very low DC current. Application includes cellular/PCS/3G Infrastructure, base stations and repeaters, WLAN, WiMAX and WiBro, microwave, and fixed wireless radios.
