HMC576LC3B is a x2 active broadband frequency multiplier utilizing GaAs PHEMT technology. The HMC576LC3B is ideal for use in LO multiplier chains for Pt-to-Pt & VSAT Radios yielding reduced parts count vs. traditional approaches. Typical application includes clock generation applications SONET OC-192 & SDH STM-64, point-to-point and VSAT radios, test instrumentation, military and space.
- Input frequency range from 9 to 14.5GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd1, Vdd2 = +5V, 3dBm)
- Output frequency range from 18 to 29GHz (TA = +25°C, Vdd1, Vdd2 = +5V, 3dBm)
- Output power is 15dBm (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1, Vdd2 = +5V, 3dBm)
- Fo isolation (with respect to output level) is 20dBc (typ, TA = +25°C, Vdd1, Vdd2 = +5V, 3dBm)
