Product Overview
HMC774ALC3B is a general-purpose, double balanced mixer. It can be used as an upconverter or a downconverter between 7GHz and 34GHz. This mixer requires no external components or matching circuitry. It provides excellent LO to RF isolation and LO to IF isolation due to optimized balun structures. This mixer operates best with a LO drive level of 15dBm (typical). It eliminates the need for wire bonding, allowing the use of surface-mount manufacturing techniques. It is widely used in applications such as point to point radios, point to multipoint radios and very small aperture terminals (VSATs), test equipment and sensors, military end use etc.
