Product Overview
LT1389 is a nanopower, precision shunt voltage reference. Advances in design, processing and packaging achieve low temperature cycling hysteresis. This device does not require an output compensation capacitor, but is stable with capacitive loads. Low dynamic impedance makes the device reference easy to use from unregulated supplies. It is widely used in application such as portable meters, precision regulators, A/D and D/A converters, calibrators etc.
