Product Overview
LTC6269-10 is a dual 4GHz ultra-low bias current FET input op-amp with extremely low input bias current and low input capacitance. It also features low input-referred current noise and voltage noise making it an ideal choice for high speed transimpedance amplifiers, and high-impedance sensor amplifiers. It is a decompensated op-amp that is gain-of-10 stable. A shutdown feature can be used to lower power consumption when the amplifier is not in use. Applications include transimpedance amplifiers, ADC drivers, photomultiplier tube post-amplifier, low IBIAS circuits.

- 7fA/√Hz typical input current noise density, VCM = 2.75V (f = 100KHz)
- 4.0nV/√Hz typical input voltage noise density, VCM = 2.75V (f = 1MHz)
- Extremely low CIN of 0.45pF, rail-to-rail output, AV ≥10
- Slew rate range from +1500V/µs to -1000V/µs (AV = 11 (RF = 1000, RG = 100)
- Input voltage range from -0.1 to 4.5V (guaranteed by CMRR)
- 16.5mA quiescent current
- 85dB typical common mode rejection ratio (VCM = 0.5V to 3.2V (PNP Side))
- 4µV/C typical input offset voltage drift (VCM = 1.0V, TA = 25°C)
- 10 lead DFN package, operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
