Product Overview
MAX12935CAWE+ is a two-channel, fast, low-power, 5KVRMS digital isolator. This device has independent 1.71V to 5.5V supplies on each side of the isolator also makes the devices suitable for use as level translators. It is certified by UL according to UL1577, cUL according to CSA bulletin 5A. It is used in applications such as fieldbus communications for industrial automation, isolated RS232, RS-485/RS-422, CAN, general isolation application, battery management, and medical systems.

- 1/1 channel configuration, 200Mbps data rate, high default output
- Supply voltage range from 1.71V to 5.5V
- Supply current is 0.42mA typical at (1MHz square wave, CL = 0pF, VDDA = 5V)
- Input capacitance is 2pF typical at (IN-, fSW = 1MHz)
- Common mode transient immunity is 50kV/µs typical at (IN- = GND- or VDD)
- Glitch rejection is 40ns maximum at (VDDA - VGNDA = 1.71V to 5.5V)
- Propagation delay is 23.9ns typical at (4.5V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V)
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C
- 16-pin wide SOIC package
