Ultra-small, high accuracy, adjustable sequencing/supervisory circuit. Family of small, low power, voltage-monitoring circuits with sequencing capability. This miniature device offers tremendous flexibility with an adjustable threshold capable of monitoring down to 0.5V and an external capacitor adjustable time delay. It is suitable for medical equipment, intelligent instruments, portable equipment, computers/servers, critical µP monitoring, set-top boxes, telecom applications.

• Operate from VCC of 1.5V to 5.5V
