MAX312CUE+

The MAX312CUE+ is a single pole/single-throw (SPST) CMOS analogue switch in 16 pin TSSOP package. This analogue switch conducts equally well in either direction. It offers low leakage current over temperature (2.5nA at +85°C). The MAX312 has low power consumption and ESD tolerance greater than 2000V per method 3015.7. It is used in test equipment, communication systems, audio signal routing, avionics, data acquisition system, PBX systems, PABX systems, sample and hold circuits.

• Supply voltage range from 4.5V to 30V and ±4.5V to ±20V
• Operating temperature range from 0°C to 70°C
• Normally closed (NC) operation
• Pin compatible with DG411 devices
• Maximum channel on-resistance is 25ohm at TA = +25°C (single supply)
• Crosstalk is <gt/> -85dB at f = 1MHz, off isolation of -65dB (dual supply) at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
• Maximum on-resistance match between channels is 1.5ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
• Maximum on-resistance flatness over specified signal range is 2ohm at TA = +25°C (dual supply)
• Rail to rail signal handling
• Positive supply current of 0.0001µA at TA = +25°C (single supply)
