Product Overview
The MAX4487AUD+ is a high speed, low cost, rail to rail quad operational amplifier (op amp) in 14 pin TSSOP package. The device operates from single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply. It is unity gain stable with 7MHz gain bandwidth product and capable of driving an external 2Kohm load with rail to rail output swing. The amplifier is stable with capacitive loads of up to 100pF. The MAX44867 is used in single supply zero crossing detector, instruments and terminals, electronic ignition modules, infrared receivers for remote controls and sensor signal detection.

- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 125°C

- No phase reversal for overdriven inputs
- 85dB large signal voltage gain with 2Kohm load and 0.01% THD with 2Kohm load
- Supply current of 1.9mA per amplifier (VDD = 2.7V) and 2.2mA (VDD = 5V)
- Input offset voltage of ±0.3mV and input bias current of ±0.1pA
- Input offset current of ±0.1pA
- CMRR of 83dB at VSS ≤ VCM ≤ VDD - 1.3V and PSRR of 85dB at 2.7V ≤ VDD ≤ 5.5V
