Product Overview
MAX4564EKA+T is a low-voltage, dual-supply, SPDT analogue switch. The low on-resistance and low power consumption (5µW) make this part ideal for audio, video, and battery-powered applications. Applications include test equipment, communications circuits, sample-and-hold circuits, communications systems.
- Guaranteed break-before-make switching
- TTL/CMOS-logic compatible
- On-resistance is 40 ohm typ at +25°C, V+=+4.5V, V-=-4.5V, ICOM=1mA; VNO, VNC=±3.5V
- On-resistance match between channels is 0.75ohm typ at +25°C, V+=+4.5V, V-=-4.5V, ICOM=1mA
- On-resistance flatness is 6.5ohm typ at +25°C, V+=4.5V, V-=-4.5V, ICOM =1mA; VNO, VNC=-3.5V, 0, 3.5V
- Bandwidth (-3dB) is 450MHz typ at +25°C, RL=50 ohm, CL=10pF, f0dB=1MHz
- Off-isolation is -77dB typ at RL=50 ohm, CL=10pF, fIN=1MHz, TA=+25°C
- Crosstalk (between switches) is -72dB typ at +25°C, RL=50 ohm, CL=10pF, fIN=1MHz
