Product Overview
The MAX4784ETE+T is a low voltage quad 2:1 analogue multiplexer in 16 pin TQFN package. This device has fast switching speeds, handle rail to rail analogue signals and consume less than 1µW of quiescent power. It is used in power routing, battery powered systems, audio and video signal routing, low voltage data acquisition systems, communications circuits, PCMCIA cards, modems and hard drives, cellular phones.
- Single supply operation from 1.6V to 4.2V
- Operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- Maximum on-resistance is 3ohm at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
- Maximum turn-on time is 30ns and maximum turn-off time is 15ns at TA=+25°C (single +1.8V supply)
- Break before make is 10ns at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
- Charge injection is 5pC at TA = +25°C (single +1.8V supply)
- 1.8V CMOS logic compatible
- RON is 0.7ohm and RON flatness is 0.1ohm at TA = +25°C ( single 3V supply)
- RON match between channels is 0.1ohm at TA = +25°C ( single 3V supply)
- Power supply current is 2µA with single +3V supply
- Cell Phones; Global Positioning Systems (GPS); Handheld Devices; PDAs and Palmtop Devices
