MAX6001EUR+T

The MAX6001EUR+T is a low cost, low power, low dropout series voltage reference with 1.25V output voltage in 3 pin SOT-23 package. This device meets cost advantage of shunt references and offers the power saving advantage of series references which traditionally high cost. Unlike conventional shunt mode (two terminal) references that must be biased at load current and require an external resistor, this device eliminates the need for an external resistor and offers supply current that is virtually independent of supply voltage. This micropower device is ideal for high volume, cost sensitive 3V and 5V battery operated systems with wide variations in supply voltage that require very low power dissipation. Additionally, MAX6001 is internally compensated and does not require an external compensation capacitor which saves valuable board area in space critical applications.

• Initial accuracy of 1% and output voltage temperature coefficient of 20ppm/°C
• Noise voltage of 65μVrms at f = 10Hz to 10KHz and 25μVp-p at f = 0.1Hz to 10Hz
• Quiescent supply current of 27μA
• 0.8μA/V supply current variation with VIN
• Output source and sink current of ±400μA
• Ripple rejection of 86dB
• Load regulation of 0.12μV/μA (0 ≤ IOUT ≤400μA) & line regulation is 8μV/V (2.5V ≤ VIN ≤ 12.6V)
• Stable with load capacitance (CLOAD) of 0nF to 2.2nF
