Product Overview
The MAX8842ELT+T is an ultra low noise, high PSRR, low dropout, 150mA linear regulator in 6 pin µDFN package. This regulator is designed to deliver up to 150mA continuous output current. It achieves a low 120mV dropout for 120mA load current. It's output voltage can be adjusted with an external divider. This low quiescent current linear regulator is designed for space restricted applications. Device is available with preset output voltages ranging from 1.5V to 4.5V. It is used in cellular and cordless phones, PDA and palmtop computers, base stations, Bluetooth portable radios and accessories, wireless LANs, digital cameras, personal stereos and portable and battery-powered equipment.

- Maximum shutdown supply current of 1μA at TA=+25⁰C
- Output noise voltage of 230μV at f = 100Hz to 100KHz, ILOAD = 10mA
- Maximum shutdown exit delay is 300μs
- Thermal shutdown is 160°C
