Product Overview
OP413 is a low noise low drift single-supply operational amplifier. It has been designed for systems with internal calibration. Often this processor-based system is capable of calibrating corrections for offset and gain, but they cannot correct for temperature drifts and noise. Many systems using internal calibration operate from unipolar supplies, usually either 5V or 12V. This OP413 is designed to operate from single supplies from 4V to 36V and to maintain its low noise and precision performance. Typical applications are multimedia, battery-powered instrumentation, temperature transducer amplifier.
- Wide bandwidth of 3.4MHz, low noise of 4.7nV/√Hz at 1KHz
- Low offset voltage of 125µV
- Very low drift of 0.2µV/°C(typ)
- Unity gain stable, no phase reversal
- Input offset voltage is guaranteed and offset drift is guaranteed to be less than 0.8µV/°C
- Temperature range from -40°C to 85°C
- 16-lead wide body SOIC-W package
