Product Overview
AT24C64D-SSHM-T is a 65,536 bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read-only memory (EEPROM) organized as 8,192 words of 8 bits each. The device’s cascading feature allows up to eight devices to share a common two‑wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial applications where low‑power and low‑voltage operation are essential.
- Internally organized as 8,192 x 8 (64K), schmitt triggers, filtered inputs for noise suppression
- Bidirectional data transfer protocol, write-protect pin for full array hardware data protection
- Supply current is 3.0mA max (VCC = 5.0V, Write at 400KHz)
- Standby current is 1.0μA max (VCC = 1.7V, VIN = VCC or GND)
- 32-byte page write mode: partial page writes allowed
- Random and sequential read modes
- Write cycle time is 5ms max (VCC = 1.7V to 5.5V, fast mode)
- ESD protection <gt/> 4,000V, endurance is 1,000,000 write cycles max (TA = 25°C, VCC = 3.3V)
- Data retention is 100Years min (TA = 55°C)
- 8 pin SOIC package, industrial operating temperature range from -40 to 85°C
