The SFH756V from Avago is a 10MBd transmitter with direct fiber connector. This low cost transmitter used for simple optical data transmission with polymer optical fiber.
- 2.2mm aperture holds standard 1000 micron plastic fiber
- No fiber stripping required
- Good linearity (forward current > 2mA)
- Moulded microlens for efficient coupling
- Peak wavelength of 660nm
- Forward voltage of 2.1V
- Forward current of 50mA
- Reverse voltage of 3V
