Product Overview
The CD0603-B0340R is a Schottky Barrier Chip Diode in a compact 0603 (1608 metric) leadless package. It is designed for high-frequency rectification and low-voltage applications, offering low forward voltage drop and high current capability. This diode is ideal for space-constrained designs such as portable electronics, DC/DC converters, and telecommunications equipment.
- Applications: Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), Portable equipment batteries, High-frequency rectification, DC/DC converters and Telecommunications
- Maximum Repetitive Peak Reverse Voltage (VRRM): 40 V
- Average Forward Rectified Current (IF(AV)): 300 mA
- Peak Forward Surge Current (IFSM): 2 A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave)
- Forward Voltage (VF): 0.38 V at 100 mA, 0.43 V at 200 mA and 0.47V to 0.50 V at 300 mA
- Reverse Current (IRRM): 3–50 µA at VR = 10 V
- Junction Capacitance (CJ): 35 pF
