It is designed for high-efficiency rectification in low-profile applications such as switch-mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and portable equipment. This diode offers low forward voltage drop, high surge capability, and excellent thermal performance, making it ideal for high-frequency and low-loss power conversion.
