High-linearity analogue optocoupler consists of a high-performance AlGaAs LED that illuminates two closely matched photodiodes. It is suitable for use in Low cost analogue isolation, telecom: Modem, PBX, industrial process control: transducer isolator isolator for thermocouples 4mA to 20 mA loop isolation, SMPS feedback loop, SMPS feedforward, monitor motor supply voltage and medical.
- Low nonlinearity: 0.01%
- K3(IPD2/IPD1) transfer gain: ±5%
- Low gain temperature coefficient: ‑65ppm/°C
- Wide bandwidth – DC to <gt/>1MHz
- UL 1577 recognized (5KVRMS/1 min rating) and CSA approved
- IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2 approved
- Allows flexible circuit design
