The REF3325 series low-power precision Voltage Reference for use with battery-powered applications. The REF33xx can be operated at a supply voltage 180mV above the specified output voltage under normal load conditions, with the exception of the REF3312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.8V.

- 110mV Typical extremely low dropout voltage
