CTB0305/4

The CTB0305/4 is a 4-way PCB-mount terminal block from CamdenBoss’s ultra low-profile CTB0305 series, designed for compact and reliable wire-to-board interconnections in control, signal, and low-voltage power applications. With a 3.5 mm pitch and rising-clamp termination, it secures solid conductors (0.2mm² to 1.5mm²) and stranded conductors (0.2mm² to 1.0mm²) using captive M2 steel zinc-plated screws and guided pin alignment. The block is rated for 10A at 160 V nominal (UL: 10 A at 300 V; VDE/IMQ: 10 A at 130 V), and offers robust electrical performance with a dielectric strength of ≥1.25 kV and impulse withstand up to 2.5 kV. Its housing is molded from flame-retardant PA66 nylon, UL94-V0 rated, and rated for continuous operation up to 110 °C, ensuring safety in demanding conditions. Tinned, nickel-plated brass contacts and screws provide excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and the interlocking modular design enhances mechanical stability. Ideal for space-constrained PCB designs, the CTB0305/4 is fully UL, VDE, IMQ, and RoHS compliant, offering certified, durable connectivity for modern electronics assemblies.
