B560CQ-13-F is a surface-mount, schottky barrier rectifier. It is designed to meet the general requirements of commercial applications. It is ideally suited for use as a polarity protection diode, recirculating diode, switching diode.
- Qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability, PPAP capable
- Guard ring die construction for transient protection
- Ideally suited for automated assembly
- Low power loss, high efficiency
- For use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection application
- RMS reverse voltage is 42V at TA = +25°C
- Average rectified output current is 5A at TA = +25°C
- Forward voltage drop is 0.575V typ at IF = 5.0A, TA = +25°C
- SMC case
- Operating temperature range from -55 to +150°C
