ZLLS400TA is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode. It offers users an excellent performance combination comprising high-current operation, extremely low leakage and low-forward voltage, ensuring suitability for applications requiring efficient operation at higher temperatures (above +85°C). Applications include DC-DC converters, mobile telecoms, charging circuits, and motor controls.
- Low equivalent on-resistance
- Low VF, fast switching schottky
- ZLLS400 complements low temperature equivalent ZHCS400
- Continuous reverse voltage is 40V at TA = +25°C
- Continuous forward current is 0.52A at TA = +25°C
- Power dissipation is 370mW
- Storage temperature range from -55 to +150°C
- Reverse breakdown voltage is 60V typ at IR = 200µA, TA = +25°C
- Reverse recovery time is 3ns typ at TA = +25°C
