BTH500151LUAAUMA1 is a Power PROFET™ + 24/48V smart high-side power switch. The PRO-SIL™ ISO 26262-ready for supporting the integrator in the evaluation of hardware elements according to ISO 26262:2018 Clause 8-13. The device is a 1.5mohm single-channel smart high-side power switch, available in a PG-HSOF-8 package, providing protective functions and diagnosis. It is especially designed to drive high current loads, for applications like heaters, glow plugs, fans and pumps. It is suitable for resistive, inductive and capacitive loads and PWM applications with low frequency. It replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
