Product Overview
EVAL2ED1324S12PM1TOBO1 is a power evaluation board that includes a M1 connector, an EasyPIM™ 1B 1200V, 25A with TRENCHSTOP™ IGBT7 (FP25R12W1T7_B11), and three half-bridge Silicon On Insulator (SOI) gate drivers 2ED1324S12P for motor drive applications. In combination with either EVAL-M1-101T or other control boards with compatible M1 connectors, the EVAL-2ED1324S12PM1 features and demonstrates our IGBT module and SOI gate driver technology. Typical applications include commercial HVAC, residential heat pumps and servo motor drive and control.
- Negative VS transient voltage immunity of 100V with repetitive 700ns pulses
- 2.3A/2.3A peak output source/sink current capability
- Integrated ultra-fast Over-Current Protection (OCP), ±5% high accuracy reference threshold
- Less than 1µs over-current sense to O/P shutdown and Integrated Short Circuit Clamp (SCC) function
- Integrated Active Miller Clamp (AMC) with 2A sink current capability
- Integrated dead-time and shoot-through prevention logic
- Enable, fault and programmable Fault clear RFE input
- 25V VCC supply voltage (max), 2KV HBM ESD capability and separate logic (VSS), output ground (COM)
- Nominal DC input voltage 510V, max 780V
- Design for max. 5KW motor power output, single shunt for current sensing, sensing of DC-link voltage
