REF5AR3995BZ114W1TOBO1 is a reference board using the latest CoolSET™ 5th generation fixed frequency Plus ICE5AR3995BZ-1 switching controller. Suitable for AC-DC power conversion for telecom infrastructure, home appliances applications.
- 14W auxiliary SMPS reference design configured in a flyback topology
- Universal input range from 85 to 300VAC, 50/60Hz
- Output 1 is 15V (non isolated), output 2 is 5V (non isolated)
- Output current 1 is 0.83A (for 15V), output current 2 is 400mA (for 5V)
- Robust operation
- Frequency reduction at light loads
- Programmable burst mode
- Integrated error amplifier
- Integrated 950V MOSFET
- Either primary/secondary side regulation
