Product Overview
TLE9263BQXXUMA2 is an OPTIREG™ monolithic integrated circuit. It features to support automatic optical inspection (AOI). This device is designed for various CAN-LIN automotive applications as the main supply for the microcontroller and as an interface for a LIN and CAN bus network. This device offers low-power modes in order to minimize current consumption on applications that are connected permanently to the battery. A wake-up from the low-power mode is possible via a message on the buses, via the bi-level sensitive monitoring/wake-up inputs as well as via cyclic wake. It is used in applications such as body control modules (BMC), passive keyless entry and start modules, gateway applications, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), seat, roof, tailgate, trailer, door and other closure modules, light control modules, gear shifters and selectors.

- 4 high-side outputs 7 ohm typical, 2 HV GPIOs, 3 HV wake inputs
- 16bit SPI for configuration and diagnostics, reset output
- Three universal high-voltage wake inputs for voltage level monitoring
- Configurable timeout and window watchdog, overtemperature and short circuit protection feature
- SPI frequency is 4MHz maximum, dedicated supply pin for high-side outputs
- Alternate high-voltage measurement function, e.g. for battery voltage sensing
- Normal mode current consumption is 3.5mA typical at (VS = 5.5V to 28V)
- Stop mode current consumption is 44µA typical at (Tj = 25°C, VS = 13.5V)
- Junction temperature range from -40°C to 150°C, VQFN-48 package
