- Input voltage range from 3V to 42V
- Stable with 1μF ceramic output capacitor
- Ultra low current consumption: typically 26μA
- Very low drop out voltage: typically 100mV at 100mA
- Watchdog circuit for monitoring a microprocessor, watchdog inhibit
- Reset circuit supervises the output voltage
- Separate outputs for reset and watchdog
- Enable, output current limitation, overtemperature shutdown
