Product Overview
XF-1033-FAR is an ANSI mineral insulated type K thermocouple. It is made of Inconel® alloy 600 that has excellent oxidation resistance, not suitable for sulphur-bearing atmospheres above 550°C. Typical applications include heat treatment processes, annealing furnaces, chemical reactors, man -made fibre and synthetic material production, steam boilers, paper industry, etc.
- 0.5mm probe diameter, 500mm probe length
- Highly flexible, sheath can be bent/formed to suit many applications and processes
- Probe temperature range from -40°C to +750°C
- M8 x 1.0mm fine pitch threaded pot seal (200°C)
- 100mm tails, PFA PTFE twin twisted 7/0.2mm
- Type K nickel chromium/nickel aluminium to ANSI MC96.1 sensor
- Sheath composition is Inconel® alloy 600 (nickel, chromium, iron)
- Single element, hot junction insulated sheath
- Yellow positive tail wire, white negative tail wire
